Captain Guild is open-source software under the MIT License. This copy runs only on its owner's own Discord servers, and nobody else can add it to a server.

Using the bot

If you're in a server this bot serves, its use there follows that server's rules and Discord's Terms of Service. Staff decide how it's set up and what it does.

No warranty

The software comes as is, without warranty of any kind, as the MIT License says. The people running it aren't liable for damages arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

Your own copy

You're free to run your own copy under the license. You're responsible for it, for the data it holds, and for following Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
